Bomapp
Bomapp is a brand identity design created for an insurance technology company. The name Bomapp combines boheom, the Korean word for insurance, with the word map. The symbol, the motif graphics and the overall design convey the idea of embrace, which strengthens the brand identity. The logotype includes the letter B, drawn to reflect the golden ratio. The precise geometry is used to express trust and professionalism, the core values of the insurance industry. The logo appears in a single color, blue or white, depending on the background.
Bomapp Brand Identity Design by Taiyoon Lee was highlighted as an exceptional representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Bomapp Brand Identity Design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2020. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which celebrates outstanding design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
