An exhibition that takes up a popular character called Sanzo Hoshi from a completely different perspective. Therefore, designers tried a new approach to visual design. It has a three-dimensional composition with a depth that makes the painting hollow with the silhouette of a person.While appealing that Xuanzui and Sanzo Hoshi are the same people, designers made a strategy to have the silhouette remember the iconic image.
Event Visual Identity by Ryo Shimizu was identified as a creative representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Event Visual Identity won the Iron A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2020. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize which recognizes excellent design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
