Gatorade Fuel Rover
The Gatorade Fuel Rover is a mobile bottle storage system for sports team staff. The Fuel Rover stores and transports a large number of player bottles around the field. A storage bin at the base can hold an extra bottle caddy, ice, supplies or collected waste. A utility panel on the back carries three storage bags that strap in place for training or dietitian supplies. The design frees staff from carrying items on their person and allows easier movement along the sideline. The Fuel Rover updates an earlier bottle storage design.
Gatorade Fuel Rover Sports and Beverage by PepsiCo Design and Innovation has been recognized as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Gatorade Fuel Rover Sports and Beverage earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design in 2023. The A' Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design accolade that recognizes excellent design of advertisement campaigns, billboards, commercials, print ads, social media campaigns, direct mails, radio spots, email marketing, outdoor advertising and more.
