Love Buzz
Love Buzz is an artwork that combines sculpture, photography, and graphic design. The composition represents the fragility of the human heart after it falls in love. Love Buzz was produced in 2023 in a monochrome style, with a final image size of 4581 by 6704 pixels. The work draws on the idea of a chaotic universe and on the strong contrast of light and shadow. Love Buzz is also a tribute to a large body of love songs. The intent is to present love as a deep and complex state that turns the heart into a place of fragility and chaos.
Love Buzz Graphic Design by Nina Matsumoto has been selected as a creative representation of communication design by the A' Design Award. Love Buzz Graphic Design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2023. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that honors outstanding design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
