Lay's Flavor Swap Influencer Kit

Lay's Flavor Swap Influencer Kit is a food packaging design created for a summer program that brought the flavors of Funyuns and Doritos to Lay's chips. The packaging combines the current Lay's bag design with the brand colors of each flavor: blue for Cool Ranch and green for Funyuns. A pattern of concentric rings recalls the shapes of the original chips and highlights the collaboration between the brands. A collective influencer kit was also produced and delivered to media personalities to start discussions about the program.

Lay's Flavor Swap Influencer Kit Food Packaging by PepsiCo Design and Innovation has been highlighted as a grand representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lay's Flavor Swap Influencer Kit Food Packaging earned the Iron A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2022. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award which rewards outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
